Net2 plus and Nano Access Control Units

Paxton Access Limited, the UK's market leading manufacturer of access control systems introduces two great additions to the Net2 control unit family -

Net2 plus and Net2 nano

Net2 plus control units communicate with the Net2 server PC via an existing Ethernet network. This removes the need to run a dedicated data cable around a site and reduces installation times greatly. In addition Net2 plus can support a daisy chain of classic Net2 control units. NoCable

NO CABLE Net2 nano 

Net2 nano control units use secure wireless technology to communicate with the main server PC via a Net2Air USB or Ethernet Bridge. Because they don't use a dedicated data cable either, installation times are again greatly reduced. The USB Bridge connects directly to the server PC and has a wireless range up to 30m (typically 10m), perfect for smaller access controlled sites. The Ethernet Bridge has the same wireless range but can extend the capability of Net2 nano via existing LAN/WAN Ethernet sockets. paxton-net2-nano-controller
 The new additions mean that installation companies can now choose the most convenient method to connect doors to a Net2 system depending on site infrastructure.
